I appreciated the hotel's location. It was close to many restaurants and shops, made exploring very convenient. The staff were consistently polite and helpful . The breakfast offered a good variety of options, including fresh fruit and pastries, so i started my days well.
The room lacked sufficient drawer space for clothing, slightly inconvenient. I had to keep some items in my suitcase throughout my stay.

The location was definitely a HUGE plus. I found the staff were quite helpful. Check-in was easy. They allowed an early check-in at 11am as rooms were prepared.

The location was very central. It made it easy to access shops, restaurants, and transport (the tram was very close). The room was clean, and the hotel itself maintained high cleanliness standards. The staff were friendly and helpful. They offered assistance whenever needed.

adequate stay, some issues
unacceptable breakfast
the room i had was okay, but i noticed the bathroom definitely needed some updating. there were stains on the surfaces that looked worn. also, the breakfast wasn't great for me because there were so many sweet things and not enough savory options. the sausages tasted bad, and i couldn't find any healthy choices there. it did not leave me with a good impression.
